As the end of the year approaches, tension headaches become all too common. Don't let them interfere with your fun, take time to practice a little self-therapy and remain sane (and headache free) this Holiday season.
Dural Tube Stretch
What you will need: 20 minutes and two bath towels, rolled.
Lay down on the floor/bed, knees bent, gently raise hips and place one towel under the sit bones. The other towel goes under the head, toward the crown, so chin tucks toward chest and back forms a gentle "U" shape. Relax and let gravity do the work.
