There is reason to believe the practice dates from as early as 3000 B.C., it is credited with helping anything from muscle soreness and lung congestion to fibromyalgia and gastro-intestinal disorders.
While cupping is a great one-time treatment for many common conditions—it’s also a wonderful way to maintain your overall health. Along with proper diet and exercise, cupping offers a relaxing means of keeping yourself healthy. It can be performed on a monthly basis, or as a complement to other detoxification programs.
