Then in 2007, I realized I felt absolutely horrible more days then not. Riddled with annoying health issues … I had to find another way.
That's when I discovered Myofascial Release. Not the surface-level stuff you get at chain massage places — the real deal. The kind that addresses the fascial restrictions holding your nervous system hostage.
