Meet Tamara

Hi, I’m Tamara. Friends and family call me Tammy.

I work with people who are tired of managing pain and ready to understand why it keeps returning.

Too often, treatment focuses on symptoms. I focus on patterns — the fascial restrictions, stress responses, and movement habits that quietly drive discomfort over time.

That’s where lasting change begins, and why this work goes deeper than symptom relief.

I specialize in Myofascial Release and Zen Shiatsu, integrating Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral work, and energy-based modalities when appropriate.

Every session is customized. No routines. No one-size-fits-all protocols. Just thoughtful, hands-on work designed specifically for your body.

Relief shouldn’t end when the session does.

You’ll leave with practical tools. Simple mobility work. Self-therapy techniques. Nervous system resets that are usable in real life.

My goal is not to create dependency.

It’s to help you understand your body well enough to support it between sessions.

Outside the treatment room, you’ll find me in Zumba class, immersed in nature, or off exploring this beautiful world with my husband and friends.

Appts Available: Tuesday - Saturday

I continue to pursue advanced hands-on training each year to refine my skillset and deepen results for my clients …

Healing That Ripples Outward

Good for the body. Meaningful for the world. Every session supports more than your own healing.

From the beginning, social impact has been woven into this practice. Each appointment contributes to two organizations doing vital work: Midwest Food Bank and One Tree Planted. Midwest Food Bank helps supply thousands of local food pantries each month. One Tree Planted restores forests, stabilizes soil, and supports the ecosystems we all rely on.

Since opening in Northfield in January 2020, your sessions have helped provide over 94,700 meals and plant more than 3,500 trees.

When you take care of yourself here, the ripple extends outward.
