Cupping Therapy

A complementary technique used to support circulation, mobility, and recovery.

Cupping is a technique that uses negative pressure to gently lift and decompress tissue. This can support circulation, reduce muscular tension, and encourage mobility.

Historically rooted in traditional medicine practices, cupping is now commonly used to assist with muscle recovery, localized pain, and restricted movement.

Cupping is not offered as a stand-alone service. It is selectively integrated into sessions when clinically appropriate.

Cupping may be used to:

  • Support muscle recovery

  • Improve localized circulation

  • Address areas of stagnation or tightness

  • Complement Myofascial Release or Zen Shiatsu work

Client Experience

Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Tammy and her healing techniques!

“I was nervous about cupping at first, but Tamara explained everything clearly and made it a comfortable experience. It quickly became one of my favorite additions to my sessions.”
